Hysterosonosalpyngography

What is it?

Hysterosonosalpyngography is the use of ultrasound to examine the uterine cavity and fallopian tube patency by introducing, using a dedicated catheter, a fluid and gaseous medium (sterile saline solution and air) into the uterine cavity.
